Mary Ann Lloyd, age 43 of Somerset, departed this life on Friday, March 5, 2010 at the Alive Hospice Residence in Nashville, TN.

She was born on August 1, 1966 in Indianapolis, IN, the daughter of John Robert and Marsha Ann Summers Gertchen. She had worked as a cashier for the Belcher’s Market in Eubank, KY and attended the Bethlehem Baptist Church. Mrs. Lloyd was a loving mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Lloyd is survived by her husband, Dave Lee Lloyd; two sons, Jonathan Lee Gertchen of Chipley, FL and David Wayne Lloyd (and fiancée, Trishia Bernecky) of Clanton, AL; two daughters, Mary Tonia (and Allen) Floyd of Somerset of Somerset, KY and Crystal Dorthia Lee Lloyd (and fiancé, Danny Joe Hines) of Science Hill, KY; four brothers, John William (and Gail) Gertchen of Indianapolis, IN, Jason Robert Stogsdill of Somerset, KY, Jason Gertchen of Arizona, and Mark Gertchen of Arizona; six grandchildren, Keliegh Auburn Gertchen, Adrian Bryant Duenez, Chasity LeAnn Hines, Chelsea Marie Hines, Zachary Wayne Lloyd, and Gabriella Marie Floyd; and two very special friends, Deborah Stogsdill and Wade Moberly.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Visitation for Mrs. Lloyd will be Monday, March 8^th at 6:00 pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Highway 80, Somerset.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 9^th at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Evans officiating.
